SharePoint Administrator / Support Analyst

DevFacto is growing and we’re looking for an experienced SharePoint Administrator/Support Analyst to join our Managed Application Services team. If you’re ready to make a difference, have a passion for SharePoint and supporting customers, enjoy a challenge and have 2+ years of hands-on experience we want to hear from you.


  • Respond to incidents and requests involving SharePoint 2010-2016 on-premises and Microsoft O365/SharePoint online environments and solutions
  • Provide user training for supported systems
  • Configure SharePoint environment to support users and business requirements
  • Promote effective use of appropriate tools for specific user requests
  • Plan for and install SharePoint hotfixes, updates, and patches
  • Create and update SharePoint workflows and Nintex workflows and forms to support business processes
  • Develop/deploy new capabilities including Web Parts, Solutions and Applications to the SharePoint Servers.

  • Expert level knowledge of SharePoint and experience performing administrative and design tasks within SharePoint 2010+ environments
  • Experience creating and implementing systems needed for the business for collaboration, document management, and workflow
  • Experience managing the SharePoint 2010+ Server Infrastructure, User Access and Application Deployment
  • Experience developing, configuring and maintaining enterprise lists, site collections, and business connectivity services
  • Experience designing and implementing forms (InfoPath, Nintex), to include workflow (SharePoint, Nintex) designs and end-user training
  • Solid knowledge of PowerShell to perform common farm tasks
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint 2010+, SP Online and complementing technologies, including both server-side and client-side experience
  • Ability to install, maintain (patch) and troubleshoot SharePoint environments and solutions
  • Experience with web programming languages and frameworks including C#, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, and third-party control
  • Working knowledge of ITIL framework and IT Service management processes and best practices
